MJ Tool

• The tools are filled with natural fibers, thence the tools are suitable for work with pumice and tripoli
• The MJ material is homogeneous and has the same properties in all directions, thus it can be used in both, vertical and horizontal machines.
• MJ Tools are designed for hand polishing.
• MJ Tools retain more slurry with large grain (such as pumice) on the wheel surface and therefore give a better polishing and lapping effect.

You can have this wheel shaped on circuit - please write into note what size of radius or angle you need. 

Tools are manufactured in 2 grades of hardness: M-Soft, T-Hard

All traditional polishing or lapping slurries can still be used with MJ Tools, mainly pumice and tripoli.

You can choose suitable centre bore. Standard diameters are 20mm, 25,4mm (1 inch), 32mm, 42mm, 45mm or with no hole.
