AB Tool is fine fiber carrier impregnated with thermoplastic polyurethane.

• Good surface stock removal

Recommended working temperature • 30 - 40 °C 
Recommended polishing agents • all traditional polishing slurries can be used, such as oxides of cerium, iron, aluminum, chromium, silica gel (Tosil 20), etc. 
Gluing •  Proper type of glue is necessary, for example PU Max. Avoid the glues with organic solvent otherwise it can destroy polyurethane foam. The temperature of gluing can’t be higher than 80 °C.

CZ TOOL

CZ Tool is slightly porous polyurethane carrier.

• High quality of worked surface.
• Especially suitable for top quality polishing of glass, ceramic, quartz, monocrystals and metals.
• CZ Tools can be used for plain, spherical and aspherical optics.
• Great strength in high speed, high pressure applications.

Recommended polishing agents • all traditional polishing slurries can be used, such as oxides of cerium, iron, aluminum, chromium, silica gel (Tosil 20) or diamond powder.
Gluing • we recommend chlorinated rubber glues (Chemopren, Pattex) or various thermoplastic glues. it is possible to use double-sided Scotch tape.
Hardness • 30 - 35 ShD

POLYURETHANE PADS PU-CE AND PU-ZR

• A micro-cellular polyurethane pad. 
• Pads are suitable for polishing of precious optic elements, silicon wafers, lenses and other difficult applications.
•  Pads are filled with cerium oxide polishing powder (PU-Ce) and zirconium oxide (PU-Zr).

Standard sizes • We offer polishing pads in outer diameter of 500 mm or in sheets 1000x500 mm. Upon prior arrangement, PU-Ce can be supplied in various shapes and dimensions to meet customer requirements.

Hardness • 78 ShA (PU-Ce), 88 ShA (PU-Zr)
Grooves •  We offer pads with grooves from pad thickness of 1.27 mm and bigger. Squered grooves in size 18x18 mm and depth of 0.6 mm help to achieve better distribution of polishing slurry in polishing process.

NT POLISHING PAD

• Polishing pad type NT is non-woven fabric.

• Special surface modification helps to achieve high quality of polished surface as well as superior shape accuracy.

Package • Roll with width of 800 mm. On customer's wish we offer ring in various diameters. In that case we recommend glueing on PSA backing.
