SIAM HM-1 HORIZONTAL MACHINE

The horizontal machine is intended for plane grinding, lapping and polishing. It can be used for working with diamond, cast iron or polyurethane tools. The machine has smooth tool speed control. The main advantage is the precise and robust design, which minimizes vibrations and thus enables precise machining. A pair of handles on the sides enables easy transport of the machine.

The tools are seated on a drive plate with a central mandrel Ø 50 mm and fixed with an M10 screw.
The machine meets the IP66 protection standard and is therefore intended for working with water.

ENGRAVING MACHINE RS

The machine is designed for use with engraving tools of all types (diamond, copper, ceramic, polyurethane, felt, etc.). The tool attachment to the machine shaft is MK 1.5. The machine is equipped with a smooth speed control, which is displayed on the front panel display. The RS machine has 4 holes of Ø 8 mm in the lower part of the body, allowing the machine to be fixed to the workbench. The machine is manufactured in cooperation with the partner company SIAM. We offer 2 types of machines
RS1 – shaft is mounted in a pair of ball bearings
RS2 – shaft is mounted in sliding bronze bushings

Offer of refurbished machines

BS-6 LATHE MACHINE

The machine is intended for grinding and polishing utility glass. The machine is equipped with a spindle with a sliding bearing of the shaft with a diameter of 40 mm, the end of the shaft is a cone 1:5 with an internal thread M 12. The machine includes a laminate tub with waste. At the request of the customer, the machine can be supplemented with a separation tank with a pump, thus creating closed circuit cooling of the tool.

Compared to the original condition from the manufacturer, we have equipped the machine with a frequency converter and the spindle speed can be easily adjusted as needed. The shaft speed is shown on the display.

The shaft with a 1:5 taper and M12 internal thread is ideal in combination with brass tool clamps from our offer.

HORIZONTAL MACHINE HS600

The horizontal machine Sklostroj HS 600 is designed for plane grinding and polishing of glass, ceramics and similar materials. The machine allows the use of tools up to an outer diameter of 600 mm. The machine body consists of a stable cast iron leg with a tub.

The machine is equipped with a frequency converter, which allows for continuous regulation of the tool speed in the range of 80-235 rpm.
