MH Wheel

MH Tools (discs/wheels) are manufactured from specially treated porous polyurethane foam. The tools are used for the polishing and lapping of glass, natural stones, single crystal materials, etc. The MH Tool material has the same properties in all directions. Hence the tools can be used on vertical as well as horizontal machines. The tools are used in all cases where, up until now, traditional materials such as cork, poplar wood, felt, etc., have been used. When compared with traditional materials, MH Tools offer the following advantages:

Recommended polishing agents:

Polishing agents such as pumice, tripoli, oxides of iron, cerium, aluminium, chromium, etc., can be used for polishing as well as for lapping.

Centre bore:

Normally we manufacture the tools with centre bores of 20 mm (for Ø 75 mm) and 42 mm (for Ø 100, 125 & 150 mm). Upon prior arrangement, we can make various sizes of centre bore (please specify in the notes of the order). Centre bore does not influence the price.
