Bruko tools cantains abrasives bonded in a special polyurethane mass. The outstanding polyurethane properties especially its elasticity and long service life together with the used abrasives ensure high universal purpose and efficiency when using these grinding and polishing tools. Sponge structure of tools reduce generation of grinding heat with less loading that is also in many cases important advantage.
It is possible to use the tools for the working of metal, glass, ceramics, some plastics, stone and in some cases also for wood and layer material.
It is advantageous to use these tools for grinding and polishing of shape surface, edge rounding-off, removing the burr, surface cleaning, removing of oxid layers (rust), may be also coatings.
In the most cases the tools are used in dry condition and may be also used with liquid coolings (pH 7).
Recommended working speed range: 5 - 20 m/s
