We offer granulometry measurement of loose materials on the CILAS 1090L device.
Principle of particle size analysis by laser scattering, based on Fraunhofer and MIE theory.
Light source 2 laser diodes 635 and 830 nm, thermally regulated.
Silicon photodiode array detection system.
Particle size range 0.04 - 500 µm in wet mode.
The measurement method fine particles are measured by scanning the scattering pattern given by the measured sample.
Resolution of 100 size classes.
Accuracy ‹3% median, conforms to ISO 13320 and conforms to CILAS quality protocol. Primary validation is using certified reference materials (›1 um).
Measurement repeatability ‹1% of median, which conforms to ISO 13320 and conforms to the CILAS quality protocol. Primary validation is using certified reference materials (›1 um).
Reproducibility ± 1% (according to sample structure).
