Complete specifications
A micro-cellular polyurethane pad. PU-Zr is suitable for polishing of precious optic elements, silicon wafers, lenses and other difficult applications.
PU-Zr is filled with zirconium oxide polishing powder.
Standard sizes:
We offer polishing pads in outer diameter of 500 mm or in sheets 1000x500 mm. Upon prior arrangement, PU-Zr can be supplied in various shapes and dimensions to meet customer requirements.
In the case of non-standard size please do not hesitate and contact us.
Hardness: 88 ShA
Grooves:
We offer pads with grooves from pad thickness of 1.27 mm and bigger. Squered grooves in size 18x18 mm and depth of 0.6 mm help to achieve better distribution of polishing slurry in polishing process.
