PM Tools are manufactured from flexible polyurethane foam and filled with various grits of abrasives.

Basic production line of PM Tools contains 3 types. The difference is in incorporated grit size of abrasive.

Properties of PM:

Great durability
High polishing efficiency
Low price

Basic types of PM Tools:

PM 60 – Blue colour, suitable for fining the surfaces after rough diamond tools.
PM 80 – Brown colour, final polishing after semi-rough diamond tools (D 64).
PM 120 – Green colour, final polishing after fine diamond tools.

Recommended working conditions: 25 m/s → 2400 r.p.m. (for Ø 200 mm)
